I’m one of the Global Learning Outreach Assistants. I’m a Visual and Media Arts student with a passion for exploring culture and creativity. Last spring, I spent ten incredible weeks in Mérida, Mexico, as part of the Spanish Speaking World study abroad program. I absolutely loved immersing myself in the local culture, practicing my Spanish, and learning firsthand about life in Mexico. I’m happy to share my experiences and offer guidance to anyone interested in the Spanish Speaking World program, preparing to participate next year, or navigating study abroad in general.
