What You'll Learn

Using the craft of writing in multiple genres, you will explore the possibilities of writing as both a trauma intervention and resilience-building practice. To understand how trauma impacts individuals, communities and the broader world, this certificate will study and build understanding in systemic oppression related to race, disability, gender, sexuality, age, immigration status and more, with the goals of transformation for individuals and the building of inclusive communities.

Certificate Coursework

This certificate coursework consists of 24 credits. The core coursework can be taken in any order.
