Contemporary Dance is an expressive, eclectic form of dance. Its versatile style allows dancers to explore unique ways to move their bodies and express oneself through movement. It often combines many styles of dance from jazz, modern, lyrical, ballet, authentic movement, and improvisation. No experience is necessary for this class -- just an enthusiasm to move and explore. Dance clothing or clothing that allows movement is required.
