Taught By:
In this course, students will learn fundamentals of ballet and gain greater physical flexibility and coordination. In addition, we will practice the Beamish BodyMind Balancing Floorbarre, and developmental movement therapy. We will use these exercises to achieve heightened awareness of self through movement both in and outside class. Students of all dance levels are welcome. Students will need ballet slippers and proper dance attire.
