Global Citizenship I, II, and III is a series of courses that will engage Evergreen-Tacoma students in studies that will focus on citizenship from local, national, and global perspectives. During the winter, our studies will investigate the connections between global and local contexts, encompassing the social, environmental, and economic realities that shape the lives of communities and individuals. This framework will examine key issues such as education, health, human rights, climate change, poverty, inequality, and more. We will also explore international and local initiatives addressing these pressing problems. Student work will include developing or enhancing knowledge, skills, and abilities related to research and collaboration.
