This course will explore the intricacies of healthcare organizational management, with particular focus on public sector and non-profit institutions. Content will cover group dynamics, organizational structure, and resource management. Students will learn how to define roles and responsibilities, navigate organizational culture and change, and work in a union environment. Emphasizing practical management skills, students will engage in interactive lessons and real-world scenarios to learn how to lead healthcare teams effectively, foster collaborative work environments, and drive positive organizational change.
