This in-person course will cover basic principles of introductory chemistry including measurement; the structure of atoms, molecules and ions; chemical bonding; states of matter; solutions; acids and bases; chemical reactions and the quantitative aspects involved. In the laboratory sessions students will gain hands-on experience with some of these chemistry concepts.
