This course combines the principles of organizational behavior with effective leadership strategies to drive success and create a lasting impact in the public interest. Through interactive learning experiences, real-world case studies, and hands-on applications, students will develop the leadership capabilities to spearhead high-impact people initiatives and foster positive transformation in public organizations. Topics covered include self-awareness, promoting creativity and innovation, managing stress, decision-making, motivation and engagement, leadership in public organizations, power and organizational politics, working in groups and teams, managing change, conflict management, and organizational culture.
