This course focuses on the critical importance of psychological well-being in leadership, emphasizing the necessity of caring for the mental health of those who lead. Effective leadership requires not only strategy and skill but also mental resilience, emotional balance, and self-awareness. Participants will explore topics such as emotional intelligence, stress management, self-care practices, burnout prevention, and the cultivation of healthy habits to sustain mental well-being in high-pressure leadership roles.
Through a combination of interactive discussions, case studies, and practical exercises, students will learn how psychological well-being influences decision-making, interpersonal relationships, and organizational success. The course empowers leaders to prioritize their mental health and create supportive environments that promote both personal and team well-being.
