This course will explore the dynamic landscape of modern business organizations and the critical role of leadership in navigating unprecedented changes and challenges. Today's organizational leaders face a myriad of complexities—ranging from technological advancements and globalization to shifting political climates, legal frameworks, and generational differences. This course equips future leaders with the essential skills and competencies needed to foster positive, resilient, and agile workplace cultures that thrive in the face of change.

This course emphasizes critical thinking, reflection, and collaboration through a variety of engaging learning activities. Students will participate in individual and group assessments, case studies, discussions, and seminars, culminating in a final research paper and presentation.

Conducted entirely online, this course features live class meetings via Zoom on Saturdays, complemented by interactive learning activities through the Canvas platform. 

This course is one of three core courses that comprise the Transformative Leadership Certificate. Core courses and the required 8 credits of electives of this certificate can be taken in any order.
