This course provides an in-depth exploration of how individuals, teams, and organizations operate within dynamic workplace environments. By integrating core psychological principles—such as motivation, perception, decision-making, and group behavior—with structural and cultural organizational factors, participants will develop a deep understanding of workplace dynamics. This course examines organizational design, leadership approaches, employee engagement, communication, and workplace culture, equipping students with the tools to effectively analyze, influence, and improve both individual and organizational performance. Ultimately, students will gain the skills necessary to drive success in complex workplace systems and environments.
