Creating change in organizations is a demanding process that requires a wide range of skills and knowledge. What kinds of interventions are more likely to be successful, and which tend to fail?  What does it take to be an effective change agent?  This course will provide an introduction to the field of organizational development, which seeks to provide the answers to these questions as well as guidance on the specific skills and traits needed by organizational change specialists.
