Supervisors are frontline leaders who have the opportunity to influence their team and support them in reaching their full potential. This course will explores the differences between management and leadership and how one can lead from the "middle." Interpersonal communication, delegation, coaching, and change management will be discussed.

This course is offered completely online using Canvas and Zoom and includes both synchronous (scheduled) and asynchronous instruction.

This course is one of three that comprise the Supervision Certificate. Courses can be taken in any order.
