The Performance Development Plan (PDP) is a tool to support the employee performance evaluation process for classified staff. It is designed to facilitate performance expectation and goal setting, identify key skills and abilities necessary to do the work, and provide feedback at the end of the process.
The PDP is organized into two parts. The staff member, their supervisor, and the PDP reviewer all sign the documents.
Planning Phase
The staff member and their supervisor set performance expectations and goals and identify development goals. Download the Planning Phase form (Word).
Assessment Phase
