Accessing Archival Collections
Our collections include various media formats and range in topic from the history of academic programming and administration to student organizations and campus events. Researchers can use our online catalog to search for archival materials by collection title or subject.
Reading Room
To schedule a visit to the reading room to view archival materials, send an email to the College Archivist. Please observe the guidelines while visiting our reading room.
Digital Collections
Several of our archival collections have been digitized and are available through our digital collections platform. Researchers can find past course catalogs and syllabi, historical newsletters and documents, as well as the entire run of the Cooper Point Journal. In addition to archival materials, our digital collections likewise include special collections such as the Chicano and Latino Poster Collection and the Evergreen Art Collection.
We are currently transitioning to a new digital collections platform. During this transition you may find digital materials on one platform, or the other, or both. Visit the new digital collections on JSTOR or the old digital collections on Omeka.
Donating Materials
If you are interested in donating materials to Evergreen Archives and Special Collections, please contact the College Archivist.
